I have a 7 year old American Hunt Terrier (aka a balck and tan JRT) available for adoption.

Skeeter is a rough coated neutered and UTD on vaccines. 

Skeeter would enjoy a life in the country where he can go on long walks or spending time with his human(s) in the garden. I think Skeeter would be best suited to a home with semi-retired people, as opposed to a busy family with young kids. Skeeter is currently a kennel dog but he has also spent time in the house, so he is 90% house trained. He does wear a belly band when he is the house. 

Skeeter is a rough coated terrier and his coat very easy to care for. Just a good brushing once a week and there's hardly any shedding.

I will not shipped Skeeter, he must be picked up in person.

Skeeter is not always good with other dogs, especially male dogs, so I will not let him go to a home with a male dog. He's ok with some females, especially if they are a little more outgoing. He does not like submissive females.
