Maxie delivered 7 puppies today. Sadly we lost one male and another is still struggling. Maxie delievered 5 puppies at home and 2 puppies were delivered by c-section by our wonderfull vet Kelly at the Cranberry Hill Animal Hospital in Kemptville. Thanks to her and the staff.

Puppies continue to thrive and are slowly gaining weight. The girls have been named: Kate, Sun, Claire, Penny and Juliet. Yes we are big "LOST" fans. The little boy is still with us and we have named him "Flea" because of his size. Tomorrow the girls' tails and dew claws will be done.

RIP little "Flea".

Maxie's puppies now have their eyes open and are doing well. They are turning into fat little pigs.
Tracey gave birth to 3 girls and 1 boy during the night. The boy is a black dilute gray and looks pretty unique. All are doing well.

2 of Maxie's puppies are in their new homes. 5 more to go. We have decided to keep one female from each litter and see how they develope.
Daisy is finally in heat and her and Calvin are figuring "things" out. We are hoping for Sep 23th puppies. Can't wait.
Unfortunately this means that Daisy will (again) miss the International show. But we will be heading for the UKC show in Brampton in November. I was hoping to bring a puppy or 2 but they will be too young.
